Find your tracking link in your account, under "My orders". Orders placed before 7am are usually shipped the same day, then delivered within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France.

<h2 id="order-tracking"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Order tracking</span></h2><p>You can find your parcel&apos;s tracking link in <a href="https://www.wedressfair.fr/en/profile?tab=commandes">your WeDressFair account</a>, under &quot;My orders&quot;.</p><h2 id="delivery-times"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Delivery times</span></h2><p>We prepare orders every day from seven in the morning, for handover to the carrier at 15:00, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you place your order before seven in the morning, it will probably be shipped the same day.</p><p>Once orders have been shipped, our carrier Colissimo usually delivers within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. Delivery can sometimes take longer if there&apos;s a problem. If you have any doubts or questions about a delivery that seems unusually slow, don&apos;t hesitate to contact us.</p><p>For other countries, delivery can take up to seven working days at the longest.</p>

Delivery problems

Make a return with the reason "Wrong item received" or "Faulty item" and we'll refund you. Want to keep the item despite the fault? Contact us for a credit note.

<p>If you received a faulty product or the wrong product, please make a return, selecting &quot;Wrong item received&quot; or &quot;Faulty item&quot; as the reason and describing the problem.</p><p>This way you can make a standard return and we&apos;ll refund you.</p><p>If you&apos;d like to place a new order and need an early refund, feel free to contact us and send us the proof of postage for your return parcel: we may then be able to issue an early refund.</p><p>If, however, you&apos;d like to keep the item despite the fault, <a href="https://wedressfair.gorgias.help/en-US/contact">contact us</a> to get a compensation credit note.</p>
