You can find your parcel's tracking link in your WeDressFair account, under "My orders".

Delivery times

We prepare orders every day from seven in the morning, for handover to the carrier at 15:00, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you place your order before seven in the morning, it will probably be shipped the same day.

Once orders have been shipped, our carrier Colissimo usually delivers within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. Delivery can sometimes take longer if there's a problem. If you have any doubts or questions about a delivery that seems unusually slow, don't hesitate to contact us.

For other countries, delivery can take up to seven working days at the longest.
