How can I check my credit balance?

You can check your credit balance by going to your profile, "My credit" tab.

How do I use my credit for my order?

If your credit balance is over €0, it will automatically be offered to you at checkout, provided you're logged in.

Then just click the link "click here to use it" to apply your credit to your cart.

If you're not logged in, you can do so by clicking "Already have an account? log in here" in the Contact section:

Will I lose the remaining credit if my order costs less than the amount available?

No, don't worry.

Your remaining credit will stay available for your next order.
