Using a gift card

Gift cards are used the same way as discount codes: add them at checkout in the "Discount or gift card" field.

Will I lose the remaining balance on my gift card if my order costs less than the gift card amount?

No, don't worry.

The remaining balance on your gift card will automatically be added to your credit, which you can use on your next orders. It will automatically be offered to you in the cart if the amount is over €0.

As Antoine de Lavoisier would say, "Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed"

Is my gift card invalid?

You have a gift card but get the error "We couldn't find this code"?

• If your code has 16 digits and comes with a PIN, it isn't a discount code but an Ethikpay card, which you use like a bank card on the payment page. More info here
