I made a return, when will I be refunded?

We issue the refund as soon as we process the return, usually within 72 hours of the parcel arriving at our warehouse. At certain times of year, we can fall behind on processing returns.

If you think your return parcel is lost, or if you haven't been refunded even though your return parcel has been marked as delivered for seven days, contact us.

Once your return is processed, we send you an email to confirm the refund.

I paid with an Ethi'kdo or Ethikpay card, how will I be refunded?

We'll refund you as credit. You can use this amount across the whole site or in store on your next orders, with no time limit. If you'd like to be refunded to your Ethi'kdo or Ethikpay card, we can send them a manual request: it takes a while to process, but it's always possible. In that case, contact us to ask.

I paid with an Illicado card, how will I be refunded?

We'll refund you as credit. You can use this amount across the whole site or in store on your next orders, with no time limit.

I used a discount at checkout, will I get it back?

Yes, absolutely: amounts paid with gift cards or discounts will be refunded as credit.

I can't find any trace of the refund in my bank account

Refunds usually show up a few days after we issue them. Sometimes, though, they take longer. If in doubt, you can contact us and we'll give you the ARN number so you can trace the refund.
