Our loyalty programme

To reward your loyalty, we've set up a "cashback" programme. The idea is to reward our existing customers rather than new ones.

With every purchase, we give you back 5% of the amount spent on your order as credit. By amount spent, we mean the amount you paid using a payment method (bank card, PayPal, Ethikpay card, etc.). Discounts and gift cards are therefore not included when calculating the amount we credit to you.

Note that when you make a return, we refund you the amount of the returned item, so the amount spent on your order goes down. The amount we give back to you is adjusted accordingly.

Let's take an example: you have a cart worth €200 and you add a €50 gift card. You choose a €5 shipping method. So you pay €200 - €50 + €5 = €155.

After 15 days, you return an item worth €40. We refund you €40.

So the amount you've spent is €155 - €40 = €105. We'll add 5% of €105 to your credit, so €5.25, which we'll round up to €5.30.

When will the "cashback" for my order be credited?

We credit the "cashback" when the return period ends. So usually 30 days after delivery (at Christmas, the return period is extended).

If you don't plan to make a return, you can unlock the "cashback" early, provided you end the return period. If you'd like it unlocked early, you can contact us.
