I haven't received an order confirmation email

Bank card, PayPal, Ethikpay or Ethi'Kdo, Illicado and Alma online. In our shops: bank card, Ethi'Kdo card or Ethikpay.

Accepted payment methods

We accept payments with Ethi'kdo, Ethikpay or Illicado cards. Simply enter your card number in the "Discount or gift card" field on the payment pages.

<p>We accept payments with Ethi&apos;kdo, Ethikpay or Illicado cards.</p><p>Simply enter your Ethikdo, Ethikpay or Illicado card number in the &quot;Discount or gift card&quot; field on the payment pages.</p><p>You&apos;ll then be asked for your card&apos;s PIN, and the amount left to pay will be deducted from the balance available on your card.</p><p>If the payment needs to be refunded (for a return, for example), the part paid with Ethi&apos;kdo or Illicado will be refunded as credit (valid with no time limit across the whole site and in our shops).</p>
